Setting Up Your NIDO
Fill your Ponix reservoir with 29 gallons of water
Fill the dosing bottles of the NIDO with Grow A, Grow B, pH up & pH down.
Note: pH up is blue but goes in the red-orange bottle & pH down is orange but goes in the blue bottle.
Remove the pH storage bottle from the probe.
Insert the pH and EC probes into the press-probes until flush, tightly screw them in, and connect the corresponding components into the NIDO.
Note: Make sure to screw the probes in tightly to keep them secure. If they are loose, water pressure from the NIDO’s internal pump could force them out, creating a risk of flooding.
Connect the in & out water lines from the reservoir to the NIDO. When looking directly at the reservoir, the water line on the right connects to "In" and the water line on the left connects to "Out" on the NIDO.
Remember: "Come right in" and in the words of Beyonce, "to the left, to the left"- meaning out.
Ensure the first time the NIDO is powered on after being stored, it is below the water reservoir so that you may utilize gravity to help the unit draw in water.
Note: If there are water flow issues during first use, loosen the pH probe to release any air bubbles from the internal unit when the internal pump is off, then retighten it after a few seconds.
Plug in the power cord.
Ensure the NIDO is connected to the access point and online, indicated by a green light and a blue light on the device panel of the unit.
